Order Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, customers should contact our customer support team via Call/WhatsApp at +91-9871878080 or email us at care@fragataindia.com within the specified timeframe. Please provide the order number and any relevant details to facilitate the cancellation process.

Cancellation Timeframe

Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched. We encourage customers to double-check their orders to avoid inconvenience.

Refund Policy

Refunds for approved cancellations will be initiated within 1–3 working days after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved. Customers will be notified once their cancellation request has been processed and approved.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card/original payment method statement.
